Shipping policy

To ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible, we ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (UPS only) so your cookies get to you quickly and are not held up in a postal facility. Orders received after 10 am Tuesdays will ship out the following week.

All orders are sent via USPS Priority shipping or UPS. Once your order has shipped average delivery times are 2-5 business days depending on your region. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We do not take responsibility for orders that have been marked delivered but may not have been received. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking number to make sure someone is home when the order arrives.

Tracking information isn't always real-time. Shipping providers might delay updating the tracking locations by several days. Rest assured, your cookies are still on their way and is probably further along than it looks.
